Information Collection

The ClassLink portal collects the following information for authentication purposes:

• Student/staff identification credentials
• Login timestamps and session information
• Application access logs

All data transmitted through the ClassLink portal is encrypted using industry-standard TLS encryption. The District implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

FERPA Compliance

The District complies with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Student education records are protected and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except as authorized by law.
